Kiki’s TCG & Collectibles – Shipping Policy

At Kiki’s TCG & Collectibles, we take care in packaging and sending your orders to ensure they arrive safely. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Large orders or grading submissions may take longer to process.

2. Packaging

  • Singles are shipped in penny sleeves and top loaders/semi-rigids (or equivalent protection).

  • Sealed products are shipped in sturdy boxes with protective padding.

  • We take great care to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, size, and weight.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly stated at the time of sale.

4. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

  • Standard tracked shipping: 2-3 business days.

  • Rural deliveries may take longer.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once handed to the courier/postal service, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.

  • We will work with you to make a claim with the courier, but refunds/replacements are not guaranteed for issues outside our control.

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

7. Combined Shipping & Live Breaks

  • For live breaks, we offer combined shipping so you don’t pay extra for each order.

  • Please let us know if you would like to hold orders to combine them.
